A conceptual masterplan for a network of Fishing trawler operators and offshore aquaculture farms across the coastal communities of Senegal and Cape verde will be discussed.  The seminar will enlighten you on AFDIG (African Diaspora Investment gateways) and how BOCL can play a critical role to attract capital and investment into the Blue economy sector of Senegal. AfDIG is our online portal through which the diaspora businessmen and investing community can easily interface with African State Governments and Prospective local business partners.
