SUMMARY:Akwa Ibom FTZ and Ports Round Table
DESCRIPTION:Register >> \nOverview \nFree trade zones\, Seaports and Industrial parks have made a phenomenal contribution to the revenue base of many governments and communities across the Globe. In this Conference\, we will explore how the Akwa Ibom state economy can industrialize\, increase IGR\, Job creation and revenue for it’s citizens through the Development of Sea port with FTZ and development of Industrial clusters focused on Agriculture\, Mining\, IT\, manufacturing\, etc across different LGAs. \nOur focus sessions will be on the master plan for Regional economic Integration between Akwa Ibom and other states of the extended Niger Delta Region. The Industrial clusters in the selected LGAs will major in massive production in Agriculture\, Mining\, manufacturing\, etc.  and be linked by light rain system  to any coastal seaport’s standard gauge rail system. Financing solutions and partnership options for government\, groups\, diasporas and companies will also be discussed in the focus session. The exhibition section will be taking place in parallel at a nearby hall.
